Pre-referral work-up

History#

Includes lesions of maxillary antrum and salivary glands other than parotid.

All referrals should comply to the referral standards and include in particular:

• History of lesion - pain, incidental finding
• Smoking and alcohol history

Tests#

• OPG
• Skull CT if indicated
