Includes congenital abnormalities, post-trauma and post-surgery deformities

All referrals should comply to the referral standards and include in particular:

• History of condition - congenital, previous surgery, trauma, cancer treatment
• Effects of condition - pain, disfigurement

Tests

• OPG
• Lateral cephalogram
