History
Includes dento-alveolar surgery such as removal of teeth (extensive caries requiring general anaesthesia), exposure and transplantation of impacted teeth.
All referrals should comply to the referral standards and include in particular:
- History of condition
- Past and present treatments and efficacy
Tests
- OPG
- FBE
- ESR/CRP
