Physical activity infographics
Many Tasmanians do less physical activity than is recommended and also sit too much.
We have produced posters and infographics (information and graphics combined to present information quickly and clearly) giving practical tips on how you can meet health recommendations (see below).
The posters contain brief information and the infographics more detailed information.
Tasmanians can use these to work out how much and what physical activity is recommended for them and the sedentary activities they should reduce.
