Pre-referral work-up

History

All referrals should comply to referral standards and include in particular:

• Signs or symptoms suggestive of colorectal cancer (CRC)
• Family history of CRC

Tests

• FBE
• LFTs
• CEA
• CT
• Biopsy result if available
• Colonoscopy or barium enema result if available
