Pre-referral work-up

History

All referrals should comply to Referral Standards and include in particular:

• Pathology proven by biopsy when possible
• Position
• Ulceration

Good description of lesion including size, position, colour, and suspected diagnosis must be included

Tests

• Any biopsy results.
