Pre-referral work-up
History
Refer to clinic:
- Breast reconstruction (usually after mastectomy)
- Reduction mammoplasty
- Augmentation mammoplasty
- Gynecomastia
- Congenital abnormalities of the breast
- Mastopexy
- Removal of breast prosthesis
- Nipple deformity correction
- Nipple reconstruction
All referrals should comply to the referral standards.
Tests
- BMI under 28
- Height (without shoes)
- Weight
