Pre-referral work-up

History

Abdominoplasty: Following significant weight loss or if intertrigo due to abdominal apron.

All referrals should comply to the referral standards and include in particular:

• Details of the functional effect of the condition including causation
• BMI must be stated

Tests

• BMI under 28
• Height (without shoes)
• Weight
