This is a multidisciplinary service providing gender affirming medical care in a framework as per the Australian Standards of Care.

- For children under 17 years please refer to the Tasmanian Gender Service
Referral is desirable and should include:
- detail of the reason for referral
- relevant current medical history including mental health comorbidities
- relevant current and past medications
- allergies
- demographic information
