Pre-referral work-up
History
Patient does notneed a neurology clinic appointment to undergo nerve conduction studies
History should include:
- Onset of condition
- Recent pregnancy or trauma
- Co-morbidities
- Medications including past medications and alcohol
Tests
- Nerve conduction studies
- BSL
- UEC
- FBE
- Thyroid function
