Pre-referral work-up

History

All referrals should comply with referral standards and include in particular:

• Age over 15
• History including weight loss/gain, dietary and exercise history,
• Physical/secondary sexual development
• Sexual history
• Evidence of congenital abnormality

Tests

• Prolactin x3 - only do once if normal
