Get the Most Out of Life
Attend a program to gain practical skills for living with ongoing health conditions
The Get the Most Out of Life program is a fun and practical way to learn how to overcome daily challenges and maintain an active and fulfilling life while living with chronic health conditions.
The program is run with a group of 10-15 people, meeting 2½ hours each week for 6 weeks. Two trained leaders, who may be living with ongoing health conditions themselves, will guide you through the program.

Persistent Pain Self Management Program
The Persistent Pain Self Management program offers practical ideas and tools to help you overcome the challenges of living with pain.
The program is run with a group of 10-15 people, meeting 2 1/2 hours each week for 6 weeks. Two trained leaders, who may be living with persistent pain themselves, will guide you through the program.
