About Step Forward grants
Grants are for projects that support health and wellbeing. The Tasmanian Government is developing a new 20-Year Preventive Health Strategy to create positive, lasting change for a healthier Tasmania.
The aim of the Strategy is to transform Tasmania’s health outcomes through changing the systems that affect our health and supporting people to adopt healthier behaviours.
A future Healthy Tasmania Fund will be considered as part of this strategy.
