Grants Round 4 of the Primary Care Support Initiative has been extended. Applications will now close 5:00pm on 1 June 2023. The Tasmanian Department of Health has released Grant Round 4, designed to assist people accessing primary care in the communities in which they live. The grants also aim to ease the demand on our public hospitals by providing timely care.
These grants will improve access to primary care, during both general in-hours times and after-hours across Tasmania. This round focuses on the expansion and improvement of services to vulnerable groups, with a special emphasis on those experiencing homelessness, who have no fixed address, or are at immediate risk of becoming homeless.
Applications are now open for Grant Round 4 of the Primary Care Support Initiative, with grants of up to $250,000 available for 2023-24.
