Grants Round 3 of the Primary Care Support Initiative has been extended. Grants of up to $250,000 per year for up to three years, for primary health care providers to expand and improve services to vulnerable cohorts and communities during current operating hours as well as after hours.

Lodgement of proposals:
All proposals may be submitted electronically by emailing the contact officer as per the details below with “RFGP – Primary Care Support Initiative" in the subject line. If an organisation is not able to submit its application electronically, they are advised to contact the Contact Officer (above).
Any supporting documentation that cannot be submitted electronically can be sent via post and must be received prior to the closing time.
