What is liver cancer?
Primary liver cancer begins in the tissue of the liver. There are different types - hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma or bile duct cancer, and angiosarcoma which starts in the blood vessels.
Secondary liver cancer is a cancer that starts in another part of the body and spreads to the liver.
