Aged care clinics

We provide two aged care clinics to support you.

General Geriatrics – if you have a fall, cognitive disorder, are frail, have a complex and chronic condition of old age, or require geriatric oncology assessment.
Movement Disorder Clinics – if you have Parkinson's Disease or other movement disorders.

Information for health professionals

A referral is required for all new appointments.
If referring to assess possible dementia, it is essential that the patient is accompanied by a friend or family member to provide the necessary collaborative history.
Referrals are registered by the specific clinic and triaged according to the specific clinic guidelines.
Appointments are based on clinical priority.
