- The Tasmanian Council of Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity (COPMM) was established under the Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Act 1994.
- One of the primary functions of COPMM is to review and classify all maternal, paediatric and perinatal deaths including stillbirths and neonatal deaths in Tasmania.
