Participant Information Sheet – Health Services Questionnaire for Aboriginal people

The aim of this research project is to hear from Aboriginal people about their experiences using Tasmanian Government health services provided by the Department of Health (government health services). 

The project will also hear from staff working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCOs) about their experiences when supporting Aboriginal people to using Tasmanian government health services).

We are looking to: 

• understand what changes there have been since the 2018 consultation and what are ongoing gaps. 

We will use the information gathered to: 

• inform priorities and evaluate the effectiveness, impact, utility, reach, engagement, and relevance of the implementation of the Action Plan.
