Where can I find more information?

• Commonwealth legislation including the National Health (Continued Dispensing) Determination 2022 is published at Federal Register of Legislation
• Tasmanian legislation including the Poisons Act 1971 and Poisons Regulations 2018 are published at Tasmania's consolidated legislation online
• The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) published in 2018 ‘Guidelines for the Continued Dispensing of Eligible Prescribed Medicines by Pharmacists’ and an addendum was published on 1 July 2022.
