Ambulance Tasmania Culture Progress Report June 2024

The Culture Progress Report provides a clear outline of the progress made in our Culture Improvement Action Plan (The Action Plan) which we launched in August 2022. The Action Plan was created after gathering feedback, ideas, concerns, and experiences from our people. From this, 73 action items were developed with a focus on improving and updating policies, procedures, staff communication, leadership development, career development, management support, decision making processes, and mental health and wellbeing support.
