As you work through this template you will create your own Food Safety Program for your business.

This document is designed to assist food business owners to select the records that will become part of their Food Safety Program. Keeping food safety records will help to monitor food safety and hygiene in your business.
This resource must be read and used in conjunction with the Food Safety Program template.
Supplementary practices section
This document is a supplement for businesses that may use the following practices:

manage safe water from a private supply

prepare or sell sushi (for example, nori rolls and nigiri pieces) or

prepare and sell Chinese-style roast meats (chicken/duck/BBQ pork).
