Description:
The Palliative Care After Hours Phone Support Service is a Tasmanian tele-triage service run by GP Assist. Funded through the Tasmanian Health Service this service has been in place since July 2018 and is proving substantial support to Tasmania’s Palliative Care community and service providers.
