Licence application forms under the poisons legislation
Licences, permits and authorities are required for a number of activities including:
- manufacture of substances included in Schedule 2, 3, 4, 8 and some Schedule 7 substances
- wholesale supply of Schedule 2, 3, 4, 8 and some Schedule 7 substances
- cultivation of alkaloid poppies and industrial hemp
- sale of some Schedule 2 substances through country stores which are more than 10 km from a pharmacy
- possession of schedule 2, 3, and 4 for industrial, educational, advisory and research purposes
- possession or use of certain Schedule 7 substances
- possession of phenylacetic acid
- exemptions from packaging and labelling standards
