- For each month for the last 24 months, the number of children (aged 0-12) who have presented to emergency departments of each of the North West Regional, Launceston General and Royal Hobart and been diagnosed and/or treated for RSV.

Includes children aged 0-12 with a diagnosis in the emergency department coded to: J21.0 (RSV bronchiolitis); J12.1 (RSV pneumonia); J20.5 (RSV acute or subacute bronchitis); B97.4 (RSV organism); or J21.9 (Unspecified acute bronchiolitis). Coded data may underestimate the number of children “diagnosed and/or treated for RSV”.
- For each month of the last 3 months, the 5 longest wait times for an ambulance in each region – North West, North and South.

Notes:
- In care of mental health services, who requested deferred to following day.
- Planned timing to meet ship with doctor on board.

- Case at request of CATT team, patient requires transport to hospital. CATT happy to defer to following day when AT, CATT and PACER can attend together.
- With partner, who requested deferred to following day (called back to cancel and wanted to recall next day).
- Search and rescue case, not EMS.
- In care of assisted living facility. Told by staff that patient can wait until morning dayshift for a crew.
AT reports daily on long case times and reviews at the Director level. AT takes these cases very seriously and is always acutely aware of the impact to patients. AT will call back to the scene to ascertain the clinical situation, provide advice if needed, and check in on the patient condition.
- In regards to the elective surgery wait list, for each of the 3 categories, the longest wait times for patients as at the date of the request (in days).
