What is TasScript?

TasScript is real time prescription monitoring software that allows prescribers and pharmacists to access information about their patient’s prescription history for certain high-risk monitored medicines. 

This information helps prescribers and pharmacists make more informed clinical decisions and reduce incidences of harm, including death, from the injudicious use of high-risk monitored medicines. 

Getting started is easy

  • Register for TasScript: It takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
  • Enable TasScript: In your prescribing or dispensing software if using integrated clinical software. 
  • Log in to TasScript:  Bookmark www.tasscript.health.tas.gov.au for easy access if not using integrated software.
