Tasmania has raised the official COVID-19 Risk Level to MODERATE as the State continues to experience increases in COVID-19 cases.
This means COVID-19 is circulating widely and we need to do more than our everyday COVID-safe behaviours to manage the risk.
For example, when the COVID-19 Risk Level in Tasmania is at MODERATE Public Health recommends wearing a face mask in crowded indoor spaces, on Public Transport, and when visiting people who may be at risk of severe illness.
It is important you know what you need to do when the risk level is MODERATE. By knowing this you can act quickly and proportionately to reduce your risk.

Remember if you have symptoms, you should stay home and get tested for COVID-19 if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, no matter how mild.
