An application made pursuant to the Right to Information Act 2009 (‘the Act’), received the Department of Health (“the public authority”) on 27 January 2022 and accepted on 27 January 2022. The Ombudsman agreed to grant an extension until 30 September 2022 for the application to be assessed.

The information requested:

• copy of the funding agreements relating to Scarlet Alliances covering 2018 to 2021.
